Internet service provider Sky has chosen to extend one of its popular broadband deals.
The subscription TV, home phone and broadband provider will continue to offer a free Sky+ box to consumers signing up for a £19.50 per month broadband bundle.
All households taking out Sky TV with the firm's Broadband and Talk package will be able to save £49 on the unit, which allows them to pause, rewind and record live TV, and set up series links.
The broadband offer, which is limited to one per household, is now set to run for a further six weeks before ending on February 3rd.
This latest announcement will come as good news to those who had been meaning to register, but got side-tracked with Christmas parties, concerts, decorations and shopping trips.
A £30 standard set-up fee will apply, but subscribers gain access to free evening and weekend calls, plus broadband speeds of up to 20Mb.
