TalkTalk has launched its latest marketing campaign, placing broadband adverts on the sides of taxis across major UK cities.
The internet service provider (ISP) is running the ads on hundreds of taxi cabs across London, Manchester, Birmingham, Glasgow and Edinburgh, aiming to highlight the benefits of its broadband deals.
Writing for the company blog, Communications Director Mark Schmid said the promotion was designed to show that "no one gives you more for less".
He added that the ISP is also trialing free Mi-Fi – or mobile Wi-Fi hotspots – in a selected number of the taxis.
This will allow passengers to get a smoother connection on their internet-enabled devices as they travel to their destinations, Mr Schmid explained.
"So if you see one of these taxis around, hop in and make the most of the Mi-Fi if you can," he urged.
Up until January 24th, TalkTalk is offering six months half-price service to consumers registering for its entry-level Essentials broadband package.
