BT is aiming to encourage subscriptions to its new super-fast Infinity service through a three months' discount broadband offer.
The internet service provider, which is in the process of rolling out fibre broadband technology across the UK, is running the promotion on its home phone and broadband packages.
Subscribers to Broadband and Calls with BT Infinity can pay just £7.50 per month until the fourth month of their deal, for which they receive up to 40Mb download speeds, 2Mb uploads and unlimited landline calls at weekends.
For the remainder of the 18-month broadband deal, the package is priced at £18 per month, although a free wireless broadband router and installation add to the savings possible.
Households seeking anytime phone calls throughout the week can receive a discount on the higher-tier Unlimited Broadband and Calls package.
This deal - which allows up to 10Mb uploads - is priced at £20 per month during the introductory period, rising to £28 thereafter.
