Eclipse Internet has launched a new bonded DSL service, which will allow the broadband provider to deliver faster download speeds.

DSL customers can now link a number of individual DSL lines together to construct a super-fast connection in areas where fibre broadband is yet to arrive.

The internet service provider said its new service is ideal for small businesses, rural offices and home workers.

It stated that bonded DSL services offer higher bandwidth, meaning firms can take advantage of VoIP and cloud computing.

The service should also increase broadband reliability and offer faster speeds, Eclipse stated.

Business users can pay £70 per month for two bonded lines, £105 for three lines or £140 for four lines, with additional costs being incurred according to the monthly usage allowance sought.

Companies seeking 50GB of data are required to pay an extra £20 per month, while 100GB costs £30 and 200GB is priced at £40.

An unlimited monthly data allowance is available for an extra £50 per month.
