Virgin Media subscribers have the opportunity to catch a screening of the eagerly-anticipated Killing Bono ahead of the film's official release date.
As part of its Movies First promotion, the internet service provider (ISP) has arranged 25 special preview showings of the movie release, to be staged across the UK on Tuesday March 29th.
Killing Bono – which tells the story of two Irish would-be rock & rollers, trying to make it in the 1980s music industry – is not scheduled to hit cinema screens until April 1st.
The film follows the fortunes of two brothers, whose struggle for recognition is in stark contrast to the meteoric rise to fame enjoyed by their old school friends U2.
Directed by Nick Hamm, the 15 certificate production stars Ben Barnes, Robert Sheehan, Krysten Ritter, Peter Serafinowicz alongside the late Pete Postlethwaite.
Virgin Media subscribers simply need to send their account number, email address and ticket-holder's name to the broadband provider.
All broadband and mobile customers become eligible for the offer once they have been a Virgin Media subscriber for 14 days.
The ISP arranges screenings of a different film every month through Movies First, which is organised in association with preview provider Show Film First.
