Broadband & Business

Internet service provider (ISP) Fasthosts has launched a new business broadband service geared at UK companies.

The web hosting provider has introduced up to 40Mb fibre-to-the cabinet broadband packages, and also up to 24Mb ADSL2+ broadband deals.

Until recently, the ISP offered a maximum of 2Mb downloads to business customers, alongside an unlimited usage allowance.

Steve Holford, Marketing Director for Fasthosts, commented: "Many businesses prefer a one-stop-shop approach to buying their internet services.

"For some, that means making-do with either sub-standard hosting or ADSL bolted-on by their ISP."

However, he said that with Fasthosts, UK firms can receive "truly business-class broadband" alongside high performance hosting services.

Fasthosts' broadband packages are priced from £17.99 per month, exclusive of VAT, and are available on 12-month contracts.
