Internet service provider O2 has launched a new range of business broadband packages geared at small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
The fixed broadband deals – which offer a £5 per month discount for existing O2 subscribers – give UK companies the opportunity to improve their web services.
O2 has launched three broadband tariffs, two of which take advantage of local loop unbundling (LLU) technology.
O2 Home Office (LLU) provides download speeds of up to 20Mb, uploads of 1.3Mb, a 150GB usage allowance and a free wireless broadband router.
A free connection is also included for new subscribers, who are required to pay £20.50 per month – with a discount applying for O2 customers
For £27.50 per month, businesses can take advantage of 20Mb downloads, 2.5Mb upload speeds and a 300GB usage allowance.
A free wireless broadband router, security software, 24-hour technical support, a static IP address and free connection are all included.
O2 Access (non-LLU) offers slower download speeds at 8Mb, uploads of 0.4Mb, a free wireless router, security software, technical support and a static IP address for £30 per month.
