Consumer magazine Which? has recognised Eclipse Internet as being one of the best UK broadband providers for customer service.
The firm has improved most of its ratings over the past six months, with customer service and technical support receiving the full quota of five stars.
As such Eclipse Internet has received a second Which? recommendation – based upon the findings of more than 10,000 broadband deal subscribers.
Which? technology spokesperson Ceri Stanaway praised the firm, saying it is "not easy to achieve such high standards".
Clodagh Murphy, Director of Eclipse Internet, said receiving a second recommendation makes her team very proud of what they have achieved.
"But more importantly, our higher scores help to show us we're on the right track in delivering what the customer needs and wants," she added.
"This is something that we will continue to build on, by listening to our customers. The fact these recommendations are entirely customer-voted give huge value to the results."
