Broadband provider Breathe has appointed a new Managing Director to oversee the firm's intended renaissance.
Breathe relaunched its broadband services last December following a long period of inactivity, and the firm has been investing heavily in network improvements during 2011.
Nick Pulsford has now taken charge at the firm – replacing Steve Kaye - and will spearhead the implementation of its growth strategy.
Speaking to ISPreview.co.uk, he said he was "very excited" by the broadband provider's new structure, and is looking forward to rebuilding its reputation.
"It is no secret that Breathe has struggled in recent years with a number of technical issues that have left some of our customers less than satisfied with our service," he stated.
"Over the past few months we have been concentrating on improvements to our networks and internal processes to ensure that Breathe will be the world class [broadband provider] that it once was."
Back in December, Breathe launched 24Mb home broadband packages complete with unlimited data allowances.
