BT has launched a new interactive guide to help customers learn more about the features and benefits of its Vision television service.

The broadband provider has created an interactive host character; who provides a step-by-step guide to the BT Vision+ box and helps customers explore what is available on the platform.

Consumers have the option of taking a 'Guided Tour' or using the 'Ask a Question' function.

Smartphone users can also benefit from the new and improved Vision Guide, as BT launches a mobile optimised version providing Questions and Answer videos.

"With BT Vision you can pause and rewind live TV, plus you can record up to 80 hours of TV at the touch of a button and there is something for the whole family," the broadband provider stated.

The firm explained that if a viewer misses their favourite show, they can use Vision's catch-up services to take in content from the last seven days.

"BT Vision also brings you the latest from Hollywood and beyond with the latest blockbuster pay-per-view movies," the firm said, adding that football fans can watch Premier League action on Sky Sports.
