UK households can now make significant savings when they take out a TiVo television subscription alongside Virgin Media broadband services.
The cable broadband specialist is offering discount TV and broadband bundles to new consumers, as it bids to attract new customers to its next-generation entertainment platform.
Consumers taking out a dual-play broadband package are being given a £30 discount by Virgin Media, while triple-play subscribers receive £60 off their broadband bundle.
The firm says its "dazzling" November deals give consumers the opportunity to save £159.90 on their selected broadband deal.
The maximum saving is available to broadband, TV and home broadband customers taking a TiVo account.
This comprises of a free installation worth £49.95, free set-up worth £49.95 and a £60 discount for customers registering over the internet.
In terms of monthly cost, Virgin Media triples with TiVo services are available from £23 plus a £13.90 per month line rental fee.
UK households who take out a dual-play broadband and home phone package with TiVo can save £129 – with free installation, free set-up and a £30 discount included.
These broadband packages are priced from £9.50 per month, rising according to the download speed and home phone options selected.
Virgin Media is also offering discount broadband packages for consumers who do not wish to join the TiVo revolution.
The broadband provider is offering savings of up to £109.95 for non-TiVo customers signing up for web, TV and calls packages – with the £60 discount and free installation worth £49.95 applying.
Consumers signing up for a dual-play broadband package without TiVo can save a maximum of £79.95 on their deal, with free installation and a £30 discount included.
Virgin Media is inviting consumers to build their own broadband bundles, comprising the internet, home phone and TV services of their choice.
The broadband provider is running the special offer until November 24th, meaning consumers have three weeks to take advantage of the deal.
