Plusnet news

Plusnet is offering £50 cashback to households signing up for home broadband and phone services during the next six weeks.

Consumers can choose from one of four Plusnet broadband deals - Broadband & Calls, Broadband & Anytime Calls, Extra Broadband & Calls and Extra Broadband & Anytime Calls.

On Broadband & Calls, consumers receive 16Mb download speeds, a 10GB per month usage allowance, a free wireless broadband router and evening & weekend calls.

All this is available from £6.49 per month, with customers able to sign up on a rolling monthly contract.

For £9.99 per month, Broadband & Anytime Calls offers the same deal but with unlimited home phone calls throughout the week.

As with all other packages, subscribers can benefit from unlimited overnight usage and UK-based call centre services.

Plusnet Extra Broadband & Calls offers up to 16Mb download speeds and a 60GB usage allowance - which is better suited to consumers who enjoy downloading media content.

For £11.49 per month, households receive evening & weekend landline calls.

And Plusnet Extra Broadband & Anytime Calls - which costs £14.99 per month - includes 16Mb downloads, a 60GB usage allowance and anytime calls.

A free £25 activation is included with all four broadband and home phone packages, adding to the savings available with Plusnet this summer.

The broadband provider is running the promotion until July 26th 2012, meaning households have a number of weeks to take advantage of the deal.

Once customers have signed up for Plusnet broadband they will be sent an email with a link to a claim form within two days.

The details they enter will link back to their account and once both their home phone and broadband have been active for 30 days, they will be sent the £50 as a cheque payment.
