Sky has boosted the appeal of its Sky Unlimited Broadband & Calls package with a new 12-months' half-price offer.
For a limited time only, consumers signing up for the home phone and broadband deal will receive a 50 per cent discount.
This means they are able to gain access to up to 14Mb broadband, unlimited downloads, and evening and weekend calls for just £5 per month.
Consumers are only required to sign up for Sky Unlimited Broadband & Calls for one year, meaning the half-price offer applies for the duration of their contract.
They are however required to take Sky line rental at £12.25 per month in order to qualify.
Sky is offering a number of other sweeteners with Sky Unlimited Broadband & Calls, including a free £25 Marks & Spencer voucher.
A free wireless broadband router - described as Sky's best ever - is also included with the deal, allowing consumers to get online using a range of web-enabled devices anywhere in the home.
In addition, consumers can take advantage of free Wi-Fi services at Sky hotspots provided by The Cloud, meaning they can use the internet while out and about for no extra charge.
After 12 months, the price of Sky Unlimited Broadband & Calls reverts to £10 per month.
The current broadband deal is available for new residential internet, calls and line rental customers without Sky TV in network areas until July 26th 2012.
As such consumers have over a month to make their minds up about this latest discount broadband offer.
