Plusnet has launched a new broadband deal offering nine months' half-price internet and home phone services.
UK households signing up for a Plusnet Value or Plusnet Extra broadband deal pay nothing except line rental until the tenth month of their contract.
The broadband offer - available to new customers signing up over the internet - allows consumers to make significant savings on internet and calls.
Households signing up for Plusnet Value Broadband with Talk can pay just £3.24 per month for the first nine months of a 12-month deal, for which they receive up to 16Mb download speeds and a 10GB usage allowance.
Also included with the deal - which costs £6.49 per month after the introductory discount period - are evening and weekend calls, a wireless broadband router and a free activation worth £25.
Customers signing up for Plusnet Value Broadband & Talk Anytime can access the same broadband deal - but with inclusive peak-time calls included - for an initial £6.74 per month.
Households can also benefit from half-price broadband on Plusnet's higher-tier Extra tariffs.
Plusnet Extra Broadband with Talk is initially priced at £5.74 per month, rising to £11.49 per month at the end of the discount period.
Subscribers receive up to 16Mb download speeds, a 60GB usage allowance, a Wi-Fi router and a free activation worth £25.
For £9.24 per month, Plusnet Extra Broadband with Talk Anytime offers the same broadband deal but with consumers able to make inclusive calls throughout the week.
With all four Plusnet broadband deals, subscribers are able to take advantage of unlimited overnight usage between midnight and 8am.
"It's a great time to make larger downloads, as you won't use any of your monthly usage allowance," Plusnet stated.
