TalkTalk has headed over to Twitter to advertise its latest cut-price broadband deal.
The home phone and broadband provider is offering half-price internet and calls for a whole year on its TalkTalk Essentials tariff.
"Quick! We’re offering 12 months half price broadband!" the firm said in a tweet on the micro-blogging website.
With TalkTalk Essentials, UK households can take advantage of high-speed broadband and an unlimited monthly usage allowance.
They also receive unlimited evening and weekend calls to UK landlines, ten per cent off the 16 phone numbers called most frequently, and 1,500 landline to UK mobile minutes.
A TalkTalk 523a router is included in the package - which the firm says is 35 per cent faster than the previous model and offers its best wireless 'N' speed and range ever.
Subscribers are also entitled to a free connection worth £30, and a complimentary £25 Love2shop voucher.
With the broadband deal offering a 50 per cent discount for 12 months, households can pay just £3.25 per month for high-speed internet and calls.
In addition, they are required to take out a TalkTalk landline from £9.50 per month.
"Switching to TalkTalk couldn't be easier," the firm stated.
"All you need to do is choose the package you want and we take care of the rest. Your old service will be cancelled as soon as your TalkTalk service starts so there won't be any overlap and you won't be double-charged."
Consumers who sign up for TalkTalk broadband services this month are being given the opportunity to win four tickets to The X Factor Live Final in Manchester.
