Zen Internet has won the PC Pro Best Internet Service Provider award for the ninth year in succession - and by some distance.

The broadband provider achieved a 93 per cent satisfaction score in the magazine's poll, beating runners-up Plusnet (83 per cent) and Be Broadband (83 per cent) by ten percentage points.

Zen Internet came top in every survey category - with 97 per cent for customer support, 96 per cent for reliability, 84 per cent for value for money, 89 per cent for speed and 98 per cent for recommending to a friend.

Andrew Saunders, the firm's Head of Product Management and Marketing, said it was "fantastic" to have won PC Pro's top award once again.

"Our mission is to provide the best internet service in the UK, so we [are] delighted to have increased our scores from last year," he stated.

Zen Internet has been named a Which? recommended provider an incredible 14 times in a row.

The consumer watchdog describes the broadband provider as being "pricey, but with a superb customer satisfaction record".
