Plusnet and Sky are among the broadband providers to be shortlisted for the upcoming 2013 Internet Service Providers' Association (ISPA) Awards.
They are among 40 nominees across 15 categories for the prestigious awards, with the ceremony set to be staged at the Park Lane Sheraton Hotel in London on July 11th.
ISPA has announced the full shortlist following two months of testing, with Sky and Plusnet up against Hyperoptic, Origin Broadband and Spectrum Internet in the Best Consumer Fixed Broadband category.
Plusnet also received a nomination for the Best Superfast Broadband award, along with Zen Internet, KC, Hyperoptic and Fastnet.
Nick Lansman, Secretary General of ISPA, offered congratulations to all of the service providers nominated for awards this year.
"The ISPA Awards are now 15 years old and it’s still great to be able to celebrate successful British businesses," he stated.
"To be nominated is a big achievement, with rigorous technical testing and written entry forms analysed by expert judges or votes from customers. I look forward to the ceremony and best of luck to all entrants."
