Households signing up for Vivaciti's Fibre Unlimited broadband deal are now entitled to a free connection.

The home broadband deal - part of the firm's Family Fibre range - offers download speeds of up to 80Mb and uploads of up to 20Mb.

Data consumption is unlimited, and subscribers now pay nothing extra in terms of a connection fee, reports

The super-fast broadband deal is priced at £37.20 per month over the course of a 12-month contract.

However, the free activation offer is restricted to households based in a Market 3 Exchange area.

According to, this covers around 77.6 per cent of UK premises, albeit only in UK cities and towns.

Homes in other fibre-connected areas will be able to sign up for the Fibre Unlimited package, but will face an activation charge.
