TalkTalk continued to increase its customer base during the second quarter of 2013, attracting new customers to its broadband and TV services.
The firm made 8,000 net broadband additions - down from the 10,000 added during the first quarter of the year - to reach a total of 4.071 million customers.
Between April and June, TalkTalk managed to add 22,000 fibre customers, with 95,000 households now receiving super-fast services from the firm.
In terms of TV services, TalkTalk added another 160,000 YouView customers during Q2 2013. This took the TalkTalk TV viewer base from 230,000 at the end of March to 390,000 in June.
Dido Harding, Chief Executive of TalkTalk, said the firm is continuing to deliver on its commitment to grow the business, with "strong progress" in customer numbers, revenue and new product penetration.
"Customers are spending more and staying with us longer because of our strong value-for-money deals," she stated.
Ms Harding said TalkTalk is "delighted" with the progress made by TalkTalk TV in the nine months since its launch on the YouView platform.
She claimed that the service provider is in the process of building "a great, value-for-money TV business".
