BT is offering three months' free internet services to businesses taking out a standalone broadband deal.

The offer applies to companies signing up for BT's Basic Broadband, Unlimited Broadband and Advanced Support packages.

In Exchange Area 3, BT Basic broadband is priced at £16 per month on a 12-month contract and £11 per month on a 24-month deal.

Should a company be based in Exchange Area 1 or 2, the price rises to £19 per month on a 12-month deal or £14 per month on a 24-month deal. All prices exclude VAT.

The broadband deal offers up to 17Mb download speeds with a 10GB monthly usage allowance, plus unlimited Wi-Fi, BT Prompt Care and ten email addresses.

Subscribers face a £30 connection fee unless they order online, in which case this is free.

BT Unlimited Broadband offers up to 17Mb download speeds, an unlimited monthly usage allowance, unlimited Wi-Fi, BT Prompt Care and ten email addresses.

In Exchange Area 3, the broadband deal is priced at £21 per month (excluding VAT) over a 12-month contract, or £16 per month over a two-year contract.

The package is slightly more expensive in Exchange Area 1 or 2, costing £24 per month on a one-year deal and £19 per month on a 24-month contract.

No connection fee applies for businesses signing up for BT Unlimited Broadband, or the BT Advanced Support package.

This third option, which includes a free BT Business Hub, BT Prompt Care and BT Tech Heads, costs £42 per month excluding VAT in Exchange Area 3 or £45 per month in the other two areas.

For businesses signing up on a two-year deal, the monthly prices are £25 and £28 respectively, plus VAT.
