aston villa

Two teams in need of points will go head-to-head live on BT Sport this Saturday, when Aston Villa travel east to Carrow Road to take on Norwich City.

The sides have endured mixed starts to the season, with the Villains' impressive opening day victory over Arsenal followed by three consecutive defeats, while Norwich have relied on their home form to counteract away defeats against Hull and Spurs.

Victory for either side would take them well clear of the relegation zone and, even though it is still early in the season, both Paul Lambert and Chris Hughton are aware that every point counts in a campaign that will have many more twists and turns.

It will be a particularly significant match for Paul Lambert, who returns to Carrow Road after his acrimonious exit from the Canaries, and will be hoping to take three points back to Birmingham.

The match will be broadcast live on BT Sport on Saturday lunchtime (September 21st), with kick-off at 12:45pm.
