This weekend's BT Sport action includes the highly anticipated Bundesliga match between Bayern Munich and Schalke 04, as well as top games from the premier divisions in Italy, France and the US.

Bayern Munich began their Champions League defence this week with a comfortable 3-0 victory over CSKA Moscow and will be confident of dispatching Schalke, who have had a poor start to the season by their standards, though did gain some confidence with their own 3-0 Champions League victory against Steaua Bucharest.

Bayern have been equally dominant home or away over the past three years and will be hoping to take all three points after making the trip to Schalke's Veltins-Arena in Gelsenkirchen.

Much will depend on whether Schalke talisman Julian Draxler has his shooting boots on, though the home side will be aware that they need to be at their very best to get a result against Europe's best team.

Elsewhere on BT Sport this weekend, both Milan teams are in Serie A action, with Inter kicking off proceedings against newly-promoted Sassuolo at the Stadio Città del Tricolore on Sunday (September 22nd) at 11:30am on BT Sport 2.

Later on, AC Milan host Napoli in a mouthwatering clash at the San Siro that will see two champions League contenders go head-to-head on BT Sport 2 at 7:45pm.

AC began their European campaign with a hard-fought 2-0 home win against Celtic, while Napoli upset last year's Champions League finalists Borussia Dortmund at the Stadio San Paolo, and both sides will be aiming to build on those victories while solidifying their positions in the upper echelons of Serie A.

BT Sport will also be screening a major game from the French Ligue 1, with big money Paris Saint Germain hosting Monaco in a highly anticipated game at the Parc des Princes, which kicks off at 8:00 on BT Sport 1.

PSG have spent big in recent seasons, sealing the French title last season, and will be aiming to build on this success in the 2013-14 season. However, Monaco are no pushovers and will be hoping to steal a march on their rivals with an away win and three vital points.

The weekend's football action on BT Sport will be rounded off across the Atlantic, with Thierry Henry's New York Red Bulls hosting FC Dallas in a clash from the MLS, which kicks off at 10:00pm on BT Sport 2.
