Scottish sports fans have a feast of football to look forward to on BT Sport over the festive period.

The pay-TV broadcaster will air five games from north of the border during December and the New Year, including three clashes between the top four SPFL teams.

Motherwell v Celtic is live on Friday December 6th at 7:45pm, followed by Inverness CT v Aberdeen on Saturday December 21st at 5:30pm and Inverness CT v Celtic at 12:30pm on Sunday December 29th.

Simon Green, Head of BT Sport, said the broadcaster has some "Christmas crackers" lined up for Scottish football fans, with tough matches for Celtic, Aberdeen, Inverness and Motherwell.

"This season has been one of the most open for a long time thanks to the exploits of those sides," he stated.

BT Sport viewers can also look forward to two Rangers games, as the runaway League One leaders target an early promotion to the Scottish Championship.

The Gers' games at Stenhousemuir on Saturday December 14th (kick-off 5:30pm) and Airdrieonians on Thursday January 2nd will be live on TV.
