Sky TV and broadband bundle subscribers are being given the opportunity to enjoy two months' free access to Sky Go Extra.
New and existing customers signing up for the premium streaming and on-demand service do not need to pay anything until the third month.
With Sky Go Extra, customers can watch content from their Sky channels on up to four different connected devices.
This is two more than permitted on the standard Sky Go service, which is available for free to Sky TV subscribers.
An added bonus with Sky Go Extra is that consumers can download Sky content onto their connected device - using their broadband connection - and then watch it offline at a later date.
Movies can be stored for up to 30 days after being downloaded, while other content - such as entertainment and kids' - can be held for seven days.
Programmes can be downloaded onto desktop PCs, laptops, tablets, smartphones, games consoles and other web-enabled devices using a home Wi-Fi connection.
In order to access Sky Go Extra content, subscribers simply need to log in with their Sky iD username and password.
Ordinarily, Sky Go Extra is priced at £5 per month, unless consumers pay for Sky Multiscreen - in which case it is available for free, subject to an opt-in requirement.
However, under the latest Sky offer, there is no charge for the first two months, enabling consumers to save £10.
Sky is running the promotion up until Boxing Day - December 26th - meaning UK consumers have plenty of time to take advantage of the offer.
