Virgin Media has launched a new deal offering £45 account credit to new customers signing up for a package with a home phone line.

Starting today (Saturday February 22nd), the promotion is set to run until Friday February 28th.

The offer is available with a variety of packages, including Virgin Media's home phone and broadband deals, and its triple-play Collections.

For customers seeking an entry-level option, Virgin Media's Superfast up to 30Mb Broadband Plus Calls deal is available from just £4 per month plus line rental.

The package - which offers super-fast broadband with an unlimited monthly usage allowance and free wireless router - is available at this discounted rate for the first six months of a 12-month deal.

Following the introductory contract period, the price increases to £15.50 per month plus line rental.

Unlimited weekend calls to UK landlines and Virgin Mobile numbers are also included as part of the double-play deal.

If you are looking to bundle pay-TV services with internet and calls, the Virgin Media Starter Collection may be worth considering.

Again, subscribers can take advantage of up to 30Mb broadband, an unlimited monthly usage allowance, a wireless router and unlimited weekend calls.

The deal also comes with a 500GB TiVo set-top box, which allows viewers to pause, rewind and record TV content, and access on-demand programmes and films.

With the Starter Collection, customers are able to watch more than 60 TV channels, ten of which are available in HD.

They also have access to Virgin TV Anywhere, enabling content to be streamed over the web to any connected device.

And up until Thursday February 27th, Starter Collection customers receive a free six-month Netflix subscription - further boosting their online viewing options.

The TV, phone and broadband bundle is currently priced at just £10 per month plus line rental for six months, rising to £20 per month plus line rental thereafter.
