TalkTalk has revealed which films received the most views over the Bank Holiday, as YouView users took advantage of on-demand movies on TalkTalk Box Office.
Animated adventure 'Frozen' proved to be the most popular choice, followed by 'The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug' and space thriller 'Gravity'.
Historical drama 'The Butler' and Steve Coogan's 'Philomena' completed the top five, with TalkTalk TV users eager to enjoy recent cinematic releases in the comfort of their own living rooms.
Released in 2013, 'Frozen' is Disney's unique take on the classic fairytale 'The Snow Queen'.
The film tells the tale of a princess who sets off on an epic journey to find her estranged sister, who has trapped the kingdom in an eternal winter.
With this being a Disney picture, there is inevitably a loyal band of companions - including a mountain man, his pet reindeer and a hapless snowman.
Henrik Karlberg, Head of Pay TV at TalkTalk, explained that TalkTalk Box Office now offers a wider range of pay-per-view films, thanks to a new agreement with on-demand provider FilmFlex Movies.
"The deal means customers with Essentials TV or Plus TV packages can watch first-run on-demand movies from all the major Hollywood studios," he stated.
In addition, consumers can access films from leading independent providers, such as Entertainment One Films and StudioCanal.
Many of these films can be rented at the same time they become available on DVD, Mr Karlberg stated.
"New titles coming to TalkTalk as part of the deal include Anchorman 2: The Legend Continues, 12 Years a Slave, Dallas Buyers Club and American Hustle," he noted.
TalkTalk TV customers can rent movies for up to 48 hours, watching them as many times as they like within this timeframe.
