Virgin Media customers now have six new channels to choose from when using the Virgin TV Anywhere service, which the company labels the UK's most comprehensive on-the-go TV tool.

As well as music channel 4Music, there is an eclectic mix of entertainment in the form of CBS Action, CBS Drama, Extreme Sports, The Horror Channel and Sony SAB.

It brings the total number of channels available for Virgin Anywhere users to 119 - which is 48 more than Sky, and all of which can be watched on computers, tablets and mobiles any time, anywhere.

Furthermore, Virgin TV customers subscribing to Sky Movies are now able to access the Sky Movies Android app, allowing them to watch blockbusters on their Android devices on-the-go at no extra cost, in addition to the best Sky Sports has to offer

Virgin TV Anywhere can be accessed by customers online or - if they have Virgin Media TiVo - through a mobile and tablet app on iOS and Android devices.
