TalkTalk is offering free internet services to UK households, through its latest broadband deal.
The firm's SimplyBroadband package - which offers unlimited high-speed downloads - is ordinarily priced at £3.50 per month plus line rental.
But for the first 12 months of an 18-month contract, subscribers pay nothing except their landline charge.
There is no inclusive calls package with TalkTalk SimplyBroadband, and as such, customers are only charged for the home phone calls they actually make.
This means the package may be ideal for consumers who need a landline to access broadband services, but prefer to make calls via a mobile phone.
TalkTalk says its latest discount broadband offer gives new customers the chance to save £250 compared to BT.
"Simply Broadband gives customers unlimited broadband at speeds of up to 17Mb, with no usage caps and 99.99 per cent core network reliability," the firm explained.
"Homes switching to Britain's best deal will also get the new Talk2Go app which allows customers to pick up landline calls anywhere and make calls at landline rates via a mobile app."
TalkTalk is offering 12 months' free SimplyBroadband until February 19th, meaning consumers have a number of weeks to take advantage of the deal.
