Sky Sports subscribers can look forward to a huge weekend of league and cup football, with several of the top sides in action.

Two top-flight games will be shown live on the pay-TV platform, before Chelsea take on Tottenham Hotspur in the Capital One Cup final on Sunday afternoon.

The live action gets underway at Upton Park on Saturday lunchtime (February 28th), as West Ham United take on Crystal Palace in a London derby.

The Hammers currently lie eighth in the table, seven points off the European places, while the 13th-place Eagles are a further 12 points behind.

Alan Pardew's side are five points above the relegation zone and eager to keep out of trouble going into the final third of the 2014-15 campaign.

The big Barclays Premier League game on Sky Sports this weekend is Liverpool v Man City, which kicks off at 12pm on Sunday March 1st.

City narrowed the gap to leaders Chelsea to five points on Saturday, but need to string a run of wins together in order to reel the league leaders in.

Liverpool's form is much improved in recent weeks, with Brendan Rodgers' side claiming an important 2-0 win at Southampton on Sunday.

The Reds are eager to force their way into the UEFA Champions League spots, and are currently just four points behind fourth-place Manchester United.

At 4pm on Sunday, Sky Sports viewers can see the first silverware of the season decided, as Chelsea and Spurs lock horns in an all-London Capital One Cup final.

A capacity crowd will be in attendance at Wembley as both sides try to add another League Cup to their respective trophy cabinets.

Sky Sports subscribers can see whether it's Jose Mourinho or Mauricio Pochettino who comes out on top at the national stadium.
