Sky is rolling out out a new Sky+ update for its TV subscribers, to simplify the Planner function and improve user navigation.
It should be easier than ever for viewers to find their most recent recordings and downloads, as they will now be positioned at the top of the first page.
Previously, Sky TV customers have had to scroll through the Planner to the end of their recordings list in order to find newly-stored content.
Upcoming recordings, which have also previously been found at the end of the Planner list, are being moved to a new 'Scheduled' page alongside Smart Series Links.
This feature not only records the current season of selected shows, but all episodes of future series.
Another new Planner feature will be the 'Delete All' button, which allows Sky+ users to remove entire series in one go using the yellow button.
The software update is now rolling out to UK customers and will be available to over 8.5 million homes by the end of June 2015.
Sky customers need to connect their Sky+HD box to their home broadband router in order to take advantage of the latest updates.
Luke Bradley-Jones, Brand Director for TV Products at Sky, said the broadcaster has made "some neat changes" to the Planner, which is "crucial" in helping customers organise their TV viewing.
"Now when you record the latest season of 'Game of Thrones', you'll find the most recent episodes right at the top of your Planner," he explained.
"And that's not all, there are even more improvements coming later this year, including a simple but very clever feature that lets customers go back to the start of a film on Sky Movies if they've missed the beginning."
