BT has announced it is to offer its business customers free unlimited broadband for three months.

The deal applies to the company's standard broadband packages, which offer speeds up to 17Mb and will be available to customers until August 30th 2015.

The announcement comes amid a separate announcement that business customers signing up to superfast Infinity broadband packages will be allowed to continue benefitting from a £5 per month discount, with the cheapest monthly package coming in at £20.

Although customers will have to pay line rental of £13 a month plus VAT, they will benefit from free connection, as well as access to BT's nationwide network of public hotspots.

Other perks include free 24-hour technical support, a Hub3 wireless router or Hub5 with Infinity, 50Mb of webspace, and the option of a static IP address.

For an extra £10 a month, customers can also benefit from unlimited calls to all UK landline and mobile numbers.
