Plusnet news

Plusnet has launched a deal offering new customers the chance to receive unlimited broadband for £2.50 a month.

Those signing up online on a 12-month contract can receive up to 17Mbps broadband with unlimited downloads for £2.50, although line rental of £16.99 is also payable for the duration of the contract.

The package also includes a free wireless router, free activation worth £25 and free weekend calls, as well as free calls at any time to other Plusnet phone users.

Free UK-based customer support is also included between 7:30am and 10:30am, seven days a week.

Customers taking advantage of the deal can also currently receive £50 cashback, providing they sign up online on a 12-month contract.

As part of the company's efforts to entice new customers, it recently launched an ad campaign with the message 'broadband that loves you back', attempting to highlight the differences between Plusnet's customer service and those of competitors.
