GINX, the eSports television channel, is coming to Sky television this week.

The channel is set to launch on channel 470, and will become the UK and Ireland's first 24-hour eSports television channel.

A launch show broadcast from the channel's studio in King's Cross will take place at 8:30pm tomorrow (June 30th), where the team of eight presenters will offer an insight into what viewers can expect from the channel.

The channel is the result of a partnership between GINX TV, ITV and Sky. Among the highlights will be coverage of ELEAGUE tournaments and FACEIT's eSports Championship Series.

As well as live coverage, GINX will broadcast State of Play, a show that follows three eSports players plying their trade in South Korea to give an insight into the lives of professional gamers.
