BT is offering a £150 BT Reward prepaid card as an incentive to sign up for a discounted broadband bundle.

The BT Infinity Fibre Unlimited Broadband & Calls package offers fibre connectivity, with unlimited downloads and speeds of up to 52Mbps.

This 12-month contract costs £28.99 per month, with the broadband discount being worth £132 across the year.

Subscribers must also pay a £59.99 set-up cost to get started. Other benefits of the package include BT Virus Protect on two devices, 100GB of cloud storage and a BT Smart Hub offering what the provider bills as "the UK's most powerful Wi-Fi signal".

The BT prepaid reward card simply needs to be activated before being spent at any retailer that shows a MasterCard logo.

BT says that since the card uses Chip and PIN, it is a more secure alternative to spending physical cash.
