Plusnet news

Plusnet is offering consumers the chance to get discounted 12-month broadband contracts.

Among the deals available is the Plusnet Unlimited Broadband & Phone Line, which offers broadband speeds of up to 17Mbps and unlimited downloads.

The 12-month contract costs £25 per month, plus £10 set-up costs. This works out to a broadband discount worth £35.76 across the year.

Another option is the Plusnet Unlimited Fibre Broadband Extra, which offers broadband speeds of up to 76Mbps, as well as unlimited downloads.

This 12-month deal costs £37.50 per month, plus £25.00 in set-up costs. This means customers save about £5.76 on broadband across the year.

With both packages, subscribers only pay for the phone calls they make and get free calls to Plusnet phone customers at any time. Calls to Plusnet support also comes without charge.

The provider also promises "award-winning UK customer support" 365 days a year and says it boasts higher customer satisfaction rates than Sky, Virgin and TalkTalk.
