Sky Sports is to show coverage of England's Test series with South Africa in Ultra HD.
In a move billed as a "world first for Test cricket", people with Sky Q will be able to keep up with the action in picture quality that is four times better than that offered by HD TV.
This will be complemented by "stunning" Ultra HD graphics, enhanced statistical offerings and Hawkeye.
The first England vs South Africa Test Match takes place at Lord's on July 6th-10th.
Both sides will then compete at Trent Bridge on July 14th-18th, before heading to the Oval on July 27th-31st.
The Test series then concludes at Old Trafford on August 4th-8th.
Bryan Henderson, Head of Cricket at Sky Sports, commented: "We can’t wait to bring you closer to the action, excitement and drama that the South Africa Test series will deliver this summer.”
This forms part of what Sky is describing as its "biggest ever summer of sport", as sports fans can also look forward to events including key Formula 1 races, the ICC Champions Trophy, The Open and the British and Irish Lions tour of New Zealand.
