Sky customers in Battersea saw their broadband service go down yesterday (September 25th).
Customers reported a service outage that prevented them from both going online and making calls.
Engineers were deployed to investigate a suspected fibre cable break and were able to get services back up and running.
Sky has apologised to customers for the inconvenience.
This follows a broadband outage in south and central London last month, which affected both Sky and TalkTalk customers.
Services were affected after several core fibre optic cables were damaged, although the cause of the damage was not revealed.
