Zen Internet has been named the Best ISP in PC Pro's 2017 awards for the 14th consecutive time.
The company pipped AAISP to the title in order to maintain its impressive record in this category, coming top in three of the criteria being considered by judges.
Indeed, it scored 98 per cent for customer support and 97 per cent for reliability, while it was marked 91 per cent for speed and 88 per cent for value for money.
This put it comfortably ahead of major broadband providers such as BT, Sky Broadband and TalkTalk.
PC Pro stated that if car parking spaces were allocated at its annual awards, then Zen Internet "would have its own".
The publication also noted that its 98 per cent score for customer service is "almost unparalleled across the entire awards, let alone the broadband industry".
This was not the only success for Zen Internet, as it was also named the Best Web Host ahead of Tsohost.
Andrew Fryatt, Managing Director for Small Business and Residential, commented: "We are delighted to be named PC Pro’s Best Broadband provider and Best Web Host.
"To win these awards is extremely satisfying because they are voted for by customers."
Mr Fryatt said the accolades are "tremendous endorsement" that its customers are happy with the service they are receiving.
However, he stressed the company does not take such recognition for granted. As a result, the company will "continually strive to improve the service" it provides.
"We owe our customers a huge thanks for their continuing support," Mr Fryatt added.
