BT customers across the UK reported a temporary loss of service yesterday (November 30th).

According to Down Detector, broadband services went down at 14:43, although BT was able to resolve the issue later in the day.

This occurred a day after TalkTalk broadband customers across the UK experienced a loss of service, with subscribers in locations including London, Manchester, Glasgow and Birmingham reporting that they were unable to get online.

The BT service outage comes shortly after the company reported that its broadband customer base grew by 22,000 between July and September 2017.

This took its overall number of broadband subscribers up to 9.3 million, which includes 5.285 million fibre broadband users.
