Consumers can also obtain a free Google Home speaker with the John Lewis Unlimited package.

This 12-month contract, which offers speeds of up to 17Mbps and unlimited downloads, costs £22.50 a month and no set-up costs.

Finally, the freebie is available with the John Lewis Fibre package - a 12-month contract costing £32.50 per month, again with no set-up fees.
