Vodafone has unveiled four new SIM-only and home broadband bundles.

The new packages combine Vodafone's Superfast 1 fibre broadband for 18 months, which offer speeds of up to 38Mbps, with 12-month SIM-only plans offering between 500MB and 40GB of data.

According to the provider, customers who sign up to these bundles can benefit from "big savings".

For instance, the 20GB bundle costs £40 a month, which is up to £179 cheaper over an 18-month period than BT's Unlimited Infinity home broadband and 20GB SIM-only package.

Customers can choose from the following packages.

·          £31 Bundle:  Home Broadband, 500 mins, unlimited texts and 500MB SIM-only

·          £36 Bundle:  Home Broadband, unlimited mins, unlimited texts and 8GB SIM-only

·          £40 Bundle:  Home Broadband, unlimited mins, unlimited texts and 20GB SIM-only

·          £46 Bundle:  Home Broadband, unlimited mins, unlimited texts and 40GB SIM-only

Consumers will also have the option of signing up to Vodafone's Superfast 2 package, which offers speeds of up to 76Mbps, for an extra £5 a month.

This will be underpinned by Vodafone's Ultimate Speed Guarantee, which means subscribers to its Superfast 1 package will be guaranteed a minimum speed of 25Mbps, while people on the Superfast 2 package will be guaranteed a minimum speed of 55Mbps.

Vodafone is so confident of delivering on this promise that it has said customers will get 15 per cent off their monthly bill if it ever falls short.

If broadband speeds do fall below the guaranteed level, customers can claim via the Vodafone Broadband app.

Nick Jeffery, Chief Executive of Vodafone UK, commented: "We’re already delivering guaranteed speeds on home broadband, as well as great mobile connectivity on our strongest UK network, so naturally the next step was to bring the two together.

"We are delighted to launch these home broadband and mobile bundles, delivering great value and a service our customers can rely on."
