Virgin Media news

Virgin Media has become the latest telecoms supplier to launch its Black Friday deals ahead of the big day, with the firm offering savings on a selection of its TV and broadband packages through this week.

Starting today (November 20th) and ending on Friday, users will be able to pick up discounts on the company's VIVID 100, Full House and VIP packages that could save consumers a significant amount over the length of the contract.

For those looking for broadband and phone deals only, Virgin Media's VIVID 100 package has been reduced from £32 a month to £25 a month for the duration of the sale.

This comes with a 12-month contract and provides users with unlimited downloads at average speeds of 108Mbps and free weekend calls, providing all the speed busy households need for downloading, video streaming, and gaming on up to ten devices at once.

Meanwhile, if consumers want to add TV to their deal, the Full House package is also discounted from its usual price of £57 a month to just £45 a month, again for a 12-month contract.

For this, users get access to over 230 premium channels, including Sky One, Sky Witness, Fox and BT Sport. This is in addition to ultrafast broadband speeds of 108Mbps and phone services.

Finally, there is the Virgin Media VIP bundle, which should satisfy even the most content-hungry consumers. Like the other packages, this provides fast 108Mbps broadband and phone as well as TV services, but it also adds the full range of Sky Cinema and Sky sports channels to the lineup, taking the total number of channels to more than 260.

This will cost £79 month for the duration of the Black Friday sale, compared with its usual price of £89 per month.

These deals won't be around for long, and consumers have until the end of Friday to take advantage
