First Utility launched as an energy start-up in 2008. As of 2017, the Warwick-based company now offers broadband, including ADSL and fibre, and phone service. Depending upon your postcode, you can get speeds of 11Mbps, 35Mbps or 63Mbps. Phone plans are offered on a pay-as-you-go basis, or you can get a package inclusive of evening and weekend calls or anytime calls.
Each package includes line rental, free setup (unless you need a new line installed), unlimited usage and a wireless router. First Utility also promises not to increase their prices when customers are out of their minimum contract period, currently set at 18 months.
Every First Utility broadband package comes with a free wireless router.
First Utility's broadband customer support line is the same UK-based call-centre as their energy customer service.
Unlike SSE's broadband deals, First Utility broadband is available to anyone, regardless of who their energy supplier is.
Our UK based call centre staff can provide expert help to find a deal that matches your needs.
