About First Utility broadband deals

First Utility launched as an energy start-up in 2008. As of 2017, the Warwick-based company now offers broadband, including ADSL and fibre, and phone service. Depending upon your postcode, you can get speeds up to 17Mbps, 38Mbps or 76Mbps. Phone plans are offered on a pay-as-you-go basis, or you can get a package inclusive of evening and weekend calls or anytime calls.

Each package includes line rental, free setup (unless you need a new line installed), unlimited usage and a wireless router. First Utility also promises not to increase their prices when customers are out of their minimum contract period, currently set at 18 months.
