You might have noticed that our uSwitch Twitter has changed… and for the better we hope! There are now four different accounts you can contact us on, and they’re all organised by the different subjects we know best.
First of all, the current @uSwitchUK Twitter will still be there, but it will be focused on our energy content and news, bringing you the latest on price rises, the energy market as well as our tips on keeping your energy bills low.
And, most importantly, we’ve started a uSwitch Customer Care account, which you can find at @uSwitchHelp. This is will be looked after by Alex, who you might have contacted if you have ever emailed our customer services team. She’s here to help you with any questions or queries you might have before, during or after your switch on our website. Alex is really helpful and incredibly knowledgeable on everything to do with switching, so don’t hesitate to send her a message if there’s anything you need to know.
Don’t worry, our customer service team will still be on email and phone if you ever need help, just drop an email with your details to email@example.com, or call 0800 051 5493 and we’ll be happy to help. @uSwitchHelp is just another way we can make it easier for us to help you.
