What we think

Our energy expert Tom Lyon explains: “E.ON’s plan to simplify tariffs is great news for consumers at a time when trust in the energy market is at an all time low.

“Consumers have been battling with unnecessarily complicated bills and tariffs for too long and this is an important step to making energy simpler, clearer and easier for them to understand.

“E.ON’s move follows similar steps taken by other suppliers. However, as well as increasing transparency E.ON is the only supplier to have frozen its prices until the end of the year.

This kinds of move demonstrate a willingness to listen to customers and to start giving them the service that they need and deserve.”

So what do you think? Is this a move in the right direction. Leave your response and any questions below!
