On 13 March, Red Nose Day will be taking over screens across the nation with an almighty line-up of comedy gold, and 70 uSwitch staff will be volunteering to receive donation calls.
The uSwitch volunteers will also put the fun into fundraising by making their faces funny for money, playing party games and baking cakes for those donating their time.
Anyone can follow uSwitch’s plan to put the “fun” in fundraising as our event will be live tweeted via @uSwitchUK
About Red Nose Day
Red Nose Day comes along every two years and combines two very British things: having a laugh and helping others. Thanks to the generosity of the great British public, Comic Relief has raised more than £960 million which has gone toward changing the lives of people in the UK and across Africa.
This year’s Red Nose Day is asking the nation to ‘make your face funny for money’. The money raised by the public helps people living unimaginably tough lives, both at home in the UK and Africa.

uSwitch has a UK customer service centre which provides a vital role in offering help and support to consumers who want to save money on their energy and broadband bills.
Our dedicated energy and broadband experts are on hand to answer any questions and our simple, free to use service both online and via our customer service centre saved consumers £112 million on their energy bills alone last year.
The customer service centre also provides a ‘Send Us Your Bill’ service which allows customers to post their latest energy bills to FREEPOST USWITCH in order to receive a free call back to be guided through the comparison process.
Staff from across uSwitch will be donating their time to man the phones on Friday 13th March for Red Nose Day until midnight.
