To qualify for your £25 Amazon.co.uk gift card you must switch online to a dual fuel plan^**, i.e. you must switch^*** both your gas and electricity to a single plan from a single supplier via the special link from Saving Works. If you have not come to this page from Saving Works using the special link, you will not qualify for the gift card.

When you have switched, you will receive a confirmation email from Uswitch with the subject line 'Confirmation of your energy switch request with Uswitch'.

Once Uswitch.com has verified your switch with your new supplier you will receive an email from our voucher provider, Giftcloud, containing details on how to claim your gift card. This can take up to 60 days from the date you completed the switch through Uswitch.com. The link to redeem your gift card will be valid for 30 days.

• Only one gift card per household will be issued.
• Uswitch Limited will not be responsible for the non-inclusion of any switches in the promotion by virtue of any technical failures of its website or otherwise, whether any such failure is within the control of Uswitch Limited or not. This can take up to 60 days from the date you completed the switch through Uswitch.com. To collect your gift card, please follow the instructions you will receive via email. The link to collect your gift card will be valid for 30 days.
• The gift card is supplied by INVITATION DIGITAL LIMITED (Giftcloud), a company incorporated in England and Wales with registration number 6570126.
• The promotion is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
• Uswitch reserves the right to substitute or change this offer at anytime without prior notice. We will endeavour to replace the offer with a similar offer of equal or higher value.
• The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the promotion is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

What will I be receiving?

You will receive an email from Uswitch's voucher provider containing a link to collect your £25 Amazon.co.uk gift card.

How do I qualify for the promotion?

To qualify for your £25 Amazon.co.uk gift card, you must complete a dual fuel^** switch^*** online using the Uswitch.com comparison and switching service using the link from Saving Works only. Uswitch.com must then verify your switch with your new supplier. Please note switches completed over the phone via the Uswitch contact centre do not qualify for the promotion.

Do I have to switch both my gas and electricity suppliers?

To receive the £25 Amazon.co.uk gift card, you need to switch both your gas and your electricity to a "dual fuel"^** plan with the same supplier on the same payment method to be eligible for this promotion. Only one voucher per household will be issued.

Once I have switched, when will I get my gift card?

Uswitch.com will send you a confirmation email. Once your switch has been verified you will receive an email from our voucher provider containing instructions on how to collect your voucher. This can take up to 60 days from the date you completed the switch through Uswitch.com. The link to collect your gift card will be valid for 30 days.

What happens if I switch home phone or TV suppliers etc and not energy?

The Uswitch.com home phone and digital TV calculators are not included in this promotion. You will only receive the relevant gift card if you complete a switch to a new energy supplier using the Uswitch.com comparison and switching service on the following link only: https://www.uswitch.com/gas-electricity/partner/icom/

What do I do if I haven't received my gift card?

If it has been more than 60 days since you completed your energy switch and you have not received the link to collect your voucher, please contact Uswitch Customer Services on customerservices@uswitch.com or call 0800 049 9262.

Will it cost me anything to switch?

No, Uswitch is a free, independent price comparison service that helps consumers compare gas and compare electricity prices and switch energy supplier to save money. If you are currently on a fixed term tariff, you should consider any exit fees payable to your current energy supplier.
