About Madiston LendLoanInvest

Madiston LendLoanInvest is a trading name of Madiston PLC, a company that’s been trading in the UK since 2005. They are a peer to peer lending company, that’s regulated and authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority. They were founded by Tim Simon, their current chairman and CEO. Tim Simon has enjoyed a long and successful career as a stockbroker, and then a businessman and entrepreneur specialising in the financial markets.

Peer to peer lending works by cutting out the traditional middle man, in that there’s no bank, building society, or bricks and mortar institution involved. Instead, people register on the website to be either a borrower or a lender. Borrowers benefit because they receive access to loans that have rates and terms lower and more flexible that they may find from traditional lending businesses. The lenders themselves can benefit by receiving a higher rate of interest than they may receive from their saving account.

Madiston LendLoanInvest offer two types of offering, depending how involved the customer wants to get. The first option allows them to specify how much they want to borrow, and how long they want to pay it back. Investors can look at these requests, along with related borrowing information relating to the customer, before deciding whether to bid on the request.

In this way, a negotiation can ensue until both parties are satisfied and an agreement is reached. The other platform is easier to use for those unfamiliar with peer to peer lending. The auto match system simply finds a suitable lender for the borrower at the click of a button.

Peer to peer lending, as provided by Madison LendLoanInvest, is about the consumer taking charge of their own finances again. Rather than having to take what their traditional financial institution offers, they now have much more flexibility and can become more involved in their own borrowing decisions.
