TRUSTTWO are a direct loan provider, based in the United Kingdom. They offer unsecured loans to both home owners and tenants, and specialise in providing lending facilities to people without a good credit history, or who have had difficulty in obtaining a loan in the past.

They are regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority, and have a trading address in Marlow, Buckinghamshire, as well as a registered office in Solihull, West Midlands.

One of the things that makes Trust Two different to many of its competitors is that it is branch based. Loan applications are made online, and a provisional decision is made within minutes, but the applicant must then attend a face to face meeting in a branch, where they will go through the paperwork, present documents, and then if everything is in order they’ll receive their money.

They have 20 branches spread across England, as well as branches in Cardiff, Belfast, Edinburgh and Glasgow. This means that most customers shouldn’t have to travel too far to reach their nearest branch and obtain their loan. This requirement fits in with Everyday’s philosophy of providing a more personal approach to loans, rather than going by statistics and credit scores.

Loans provided by TRUSTTWO are available for any purpose at all. The maximum amount that they will lend is £10,000 but each loan is calculated according to the applicant’s personal status and their ability to repay it.

Factors taken into consideration include the applicant’s monthly incomings and outgoings, whether they own their own home or not, and their financial history, although this won’t necessarily preclude an applicant from obtaining a personal loan.

The meeting at the branch usually takes around 45 minutes, and applicants will need to take original documents showing proof of identity, proof of address, and proof of income.
