Our expert says

“Talkmobile is a great option for those who want the reliability of a major network like Vodafone without having to pay a premium price for it.

As it runs off the Vodafone network, customers get access to the same 4G and 5G signal that covers 99% of the UK population, but often at a much lower monthly cost.

The network is a strong choice for budget-conscious users, as it commits to no annual mid-contract price rises and still includes EU roaming in 47 destinations as standard on its plans.”

Common questions

Everything you need to know

Can I keep my existing phone number?

You can keep your existing phone number when switching to any new network.

The process is very simple:

Get your PAC code: Text 'PAC' to 65075 from your current SIM card. Your current provider will text you the code within a minute.

Give your code to your new network: Contact the new network after signing up to provide them with your PAC code, which will begin the process and will automatically cancel your previous plan. Alternatively, you can enter the PAC code when signing up on the network’s site.

It’s a free service and usually takes just one working day to complete.

What is an Mobile Virtual Network Operator?

An MVNO (Mobile Virtual Network Operator) is a network provider that runs on the same infrastructure as the major UK networks like EE, O2, Vodafone, and Three.

Providers like Lebara Mobile, spusu Mobile, and Talkmobile all operate this way, meaning you get identical coverage, speeds, and call quality, just under a different name and often at a lower price.

Are there any hidden fees?

Whilst we have shown what is included in your plan, there may be additional fees outside of your tariff such as roaming in destinations not included in your plan.

Please check the network's website for rates.

Customers must purchase the deal directly from the retailer's website. Prices, plan names and offers all based on information received from suppliers. Deals and vouchers offered are subject to availability. Existing customers are not eligible to upgrade to these deals.
